Heavenly Raindrops

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

The rain, soothing and calming
Upon the roof tops it dances in rhythm.
A cleansing of the earth is evident
God senses a need for a refreshing.

Each raindrop singing his praises
As the Master lovingly releases them.
Covering the earth with his showers
Of blessings and the earth rejoices.

Down the mountain sides they go
Graceful waterfalls begin to form.
Flowing freely like his gentle spirit
His holy rain touches the ground.

All his creations sing for joy
Blessed by each heavenly drop.
A spiritual cleansing and awakening
Touches all and the Lord is pleased.

I feel refreshed, Lorie. So sweetly of the Lord. We're awaiting some needed rain today. I'll think about you when it comes.

That was beautiful! I love your picture from photo bucket. Can I ask a silly question if I may? I joined them for free but when I posted pictures they removed them after a couple of days. Do I need to join per month to be able to keep the photos I pick to post? I'm new at this photo hosting I normaly go to Google imagaes, but lately I have been trying different imaga hosting.
Thank-you once again its beautiful.

This was awesome!
The combination of the reading and the music was great.
Today is over cast and raining off and on....and being in the mountains I can totally picture the waterfalls that form when the rains come.

It just lifted my spirit.

Hi Lorie~
What a beautiful site!
I'm glad you stopped by my blog...I purchased all three of the journal books from Barnes & Noble. Each store is a bit different~ but these were near craft books (collage, jewelry making, felt crafts etc.)
I'm going to take another peek at your site...
Happy journal making~

Hi Lorie! I love this "God senses a need for a refreshing." Oh how that applies to my life. Beautiful!

I didn't get a chance to make it over here to tell you how much I enjoyed your prayer poem. Asking for divine intervention in a contest. Talk about putting the judges on the spot! LOL

The three finalists have been announced at Rich Gifts & Graphics. http://richgift.blogspot.com/

Thanks for participating!

That is so inspiring. Thanks for the visit/comment. I haven't been "around much" to all the blogs lately.

Hope your break was restful.
