Find time in life for quiet moments, to walk down the path where your journey leads you. Life is a personal journey, a time of discovery, unveiling, and realizing, that the Love of God within your heart, never stopped being the most important and beautiful part of your life.
A time to write
A time to incite
A time to reflect
A time to connect.
A time to share
A time to care
A time to pray
A time to play.
A time to trust
A time to adjust
A time to receive
A time to believe.
A time to heal
A time to feel
A time to hope
A time to cope.
A time of sadness
A time of gladness
A time of tears
A time of cheers.
A time of resting
A time of testing.
A time of changes
A time of arrangements.
A time of wondering
A time of why’s
A time of hellos
A time of good-byes.

Blogging is a journey that takes us on mysterious and magical adventures. I have enjoyed my journey this far, every heartfelt emotion, every soul cry, every spirit filled encouragement, I have poured out here on “Encouragement from My Heart.” To uplift the heart, soul, and spirit, of those whose journey has brought them to this blog, may you continue on your journey feeling even more blessed, inspired, hopeful, and most of all encouraged. Always remember that each and every one of us has something of value to share in this life, I pray that when my blogging journey is over, I will be humble enough to walk away, knowing I have done my part in spreading, and sharing, the Love of God. May I always have the courage, trust, and strength, to pursue the journey that awaits me next, knowing he is already there.

There's a lot of truth in your poem. It is bittersweet when one journey ends as another begins.
The gift that God has given you is special. It makes me feel.
love and hugs~Tammy
You are a precious sister, encourager, prayer warrior, and human being. I love you.
This was very beautiful. It reminded me of Ecclesiastes, Chap 3...There is an appointed time for everything...
I have been reading your blog for a while now, and I am always so inspired. There is a feeling of peace, serenity, and love in your writing. These words are what I am seeking now. There is so much turmoil in the world, that I need to escape with the Lord and just be. Your blog provides that. So, I thank you! ♥
I am so glad that you have been on this blogging journey. Your words have spoken life to me many times and I believe lots of other people out there in the blog-a-sphere that you are unaware of.
Everything is perfect in His perfect time! Yes, may we do everything for His glory through this blogging. Thanks be to God for the wonderful friendships He bestowed here, to share His love, to encourage each other, and to pray with each other. What an incredible journey it surely is! God bless and have a great weekend!
So glad you have shared this. I love your heart cry. The Lord has placed within you a heart for Him and for others, and that makes you beautiful! Have a beautiful Sunday.

Dear Lorie,
How are you? I missed you so.

What a beautiful poem. I have been going through a time of reflection this past year. It's nice to see in print that we all go through these times.
Your poems may only be words put together but the meaning, the love, the faith that you share is unmeasurable. Blessings my sister, may you continue to put words to paper (or blog) so that we may enjoy your talents.
This is something that I've been telling my boys over and over - there is a time for everything under the sun(Ecclesiastes chapter 3 verse 1).
Stopped by to say hello. Have a blessed day.
I'm visiting again because I got my new computer!
I have missed you!!
Love, Debra

Your blog is a blessing to me. I thank God for your special writing gift. I come in agreement with your prayer. Blessings to you always!!

Your poem made me want to sing. You are quite an encourager Lorie. Always with a kind word for us fellow travelers. I'm glad God has given us an opportunity to walk a while on the path together.
Love you!
a time for everything. so true. there's a time for every season.
God bless!
I just came across this post and it blessed me so much!
I too am thankful we're traveling this journey.
Love ya !
You have encouraged me in so many ways and I know you have others. Even if your blog ended today - the impact would be significant. The intro to that poem was beautiful, as well as the peom itself.
God has been teaching me about stopping and listening more. As I give Him that quiet stillness, He is blessing me with His voice. How we all need more stillness in our lives to listen to our God who wants to shower us with His love.
Rachel

Lorie, you have such the heart of JESUS. I so love you and every time I'm able to stop by I'm abundantly touched in my heart by your words and care.
I love you.
That poem is just beautiful. So much truth there, dear sister. You have been and I know you will continue to be a blessing to many people.
Stopped by to say hi and realized while scrolling through your comments that I used my husband's (Dolph a.k.a Islandder) gmail account to comment a few days ago.
Sorry about that.:) Have a wonderful Sunday.
