Praise Report

I want to  thank all of you so much for lifting me in prayer requarding my recent tests. I truly felt the peace from your prayers, and the presence of the Lord as I was waiting on the results. I am so blessed to give each of you a wonderful praise report. They could not find any tumors or cancer on my liver, but they still have to keep checking every six months. The Lord has been so  good  and so faithful throughout this journey.
I will be back to  blogging as soon I get over this cold that has had me down since saturday, I Have a really bad chest congestion and throat infection, cough and cold as well. So I have been in bed resting. I do thank the Lord for everyone of you who took the time to pray for me.

Praise God precious sister and continued prayers! Meanwhile blessings and congratulations
on being one of the top 100.

Here's what i shared when I nominated you...I wanted fresh, new ones:
"Lorie is a fresh breathe of God's heart the moment you open her blog or read her poems. She truly does write to encourage. "Writing from her heart is a passion. Writing from her soul is a prayer" is what Lorie shares and you will find that to be so true as she blesses you & your heart with the touch of her words. I'm not quite sure of what a Proverbs 31 women is but what Lorie is in her soft, gentle ways as she seeks God's heart makes me wanna be like her or a Proverbs 31 woman. Lorie mostly shares poetry but she also has some beautiful insightful reflections that challenge me to be a P31. I do not know her but from what her heart tells me, Lorie is the closest P31 woman I have the privilege to know."

Love you and may you recover with encouragement as you bring us,
Peggy

What a precious refreshing post. We have a ficus tree in our family room that we moved here with us when came here from California in 1989. I know if we did not water it, it would wither and die. Thank you for sharing these wonderful thoughts with us. I really like the picture with the running water too.
Blessings,
Charlotte

I know and understand that you must go every 6 months to be tested, but please know I will continue praying for you and I will keep adding your name into my church's prayer request box. :)
