During those times of being alone...
I have been stretched I have truly grown.
During those times of seeking his face...
My soul was taken to a higher place.
During those times his words I read
I was truly blessed, and spiritually fed.
During those times of being in prayer...
I felt his presence, his spirit was there.
During those times of calling out to him...
He heard my pleas, and heart cries within.
During those times when I needed a friend...
He was always there, I was never forsaken.
During those times of praising his name...
My burdens were lifted, his peace remained.
During those times when all hope was gone...
He gave me strength, to be strong and go on.
During those times when I left his side...
He received me back, with arms opened wide
During those times,when I look back and see...
How faithful my God, has always been to me.

Lovely poem, and the words are so true. Thankful that God is always with me...
I feel so much the same....even though at the time...I wondered if He even cares. He does though...He really does. Have a great Sunday.

What a beautiful poem and a great Heavenly Father. I have been struggling with staying with my blog or quitting. I used up all the material I had and was not hearing from God. But during this past week things that use to happen to me when I did the card ministry is happening again. God is putting things in my mind like He use to. One Heart has posted several praise and worship times on her blog and they really ministered to me. I mentioned to her that she should start a meme with worshipping God and she had been thinking the same thing. She put everything together and we started this weekend. It's called Weekends of Worship (WOW). You can check my blog and go to her's from mine. I will be helping her host it so she won't be tied up every other weekend as I can. It's the most amazing thing when you start worshipping the Father, but I don't have to tell you that, you already know.
